The movie opens with Edward and Bella ready to take their vows and get married. Jacob flees town upon hearing the news but returns for the marriage, shocking Bella. She mentions her plan to consummate the marriage on her honeymoon with Jacob. he gets furious as it can be extremely dangerous and leaves the place.

still, bella and edward continue with their previous plan and have a good time together. However, things go awry when Bella finds signs of pregnancy, which is later confirmed by Carlisle, Edward’s adoptive father. he asks bella to abort the child since a human body cannot bear to give birth to a vampire baby. However, Bella is adamant about her decision to go ahead with the birth. meanwhile, jacob informs her pack of the situation, causing a dispute between them, half wanting to protect bella and the other half wanting to kill her. The reason is that Bella’s child will need human blood and can cause harm.
